How Our Custom Order Process Works

  • 1. Get in Touch & Share Your Vision

    Complete the enquiry form with your wedding date, colour palette, style and inspiration. Pinterest or Instagram links are welcome.

  • 2. Secure Your Date with a Deposit

    Once availability is confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your booking and locks in your wedding date.

  • 3. Bridal Bouquet Designed Closer to Your Date

    Your bridal bouquet is designed closer to your wedding date. One round of minor adjustments is included before approval. The remaining balance is due once the design is confirmed.

  • 4. Matching Pieces Created & Delivered

    After the bridal bouquet is approved, all matching pieces are created to suit. Orders are carefully packed and shipped Australia-wide or arranged for pickup.

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days before shipping.

  • Australia: 2–6 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of dried flowers, we don’t accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if there's an issue.
