FAQ

What are dried and preserved flowers?

Dried and preserved flowers are real flowers that have been carefully treated to maintain their beauty for much longer than fresh flowers. Preserved flowers retain their soft texture, while dried flowers offer a natural, organic look. Together, they create timeless wedding florals that can be enjoyed for years.

How long do dried and preserved flowers last?

With proper care, dried and preserved flowers can last for many years. Keep them indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture and high humidity to help preserve their colour and shape.

Why choose dried and preserved flowers over fresh flowers?

Unlike fresh flowers that fade within days, dried and preserved flowers become a beautiful keepsake of your wedding. They’re also perfect for destination weddings, can be prepared well in advance, and require no water or refrigeration.

Are all your flowers real?

Yes. We use real dried and preserved flowers in all of our designs. We may occasionally include high-quality artificial stems when a specific flower isn’t naturally available, but only if it helps achieve the desired look. Any such inclusions will always be discussed with you beforehand.

Can I customise my wedding flowers?

Absolutely. Every wedding is unique, and we’d love to create something that reflects your style. Share your inspiration photos, colour palette and wedding details, and we’ll design a bouquet that’s uniquely yours.

Can you recreate a bouquet from my inspiration photos?

We use inspiration photos as a guide rather than copying another florist’s work exactly. Our goal is to capture the overall style, colour palette and feeling while creating a design that’s original and personalised for you.

How does the custom design process work?

We’ll first discuss your wedding style and floral requirements before providing a personalised quote. A 50% deposit secures your booking. Your bridal bouquet is created first, and we’ll send you photos for approval before making the remaining flowers to match.

How much deposit is required?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your flowers are shipped or collected.

Can I make changes after my bouquet is made?

We offer one round of minor adjustments to your bridal bouquet after sharing photos with you. Once the bridal bouquet is approved, the remaining items are made to match, so further design changes are not available.

How long does it take to make my order?

Our production time varies depending on the season and the size of your order. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding season. Rush orders may be available upon request.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order will have entered our production schedule, and materials may have already been prepared or purchased. As our flowers are handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. If your wedding is approaching soon, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.

Do you ship Australia-wide and internationally?

Yes. We carefully package our flowers for safe delivery throughout Australia and to many international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

How are the flowers packaged for shipping?

Each arrangement is securely wrapped and packed in protective packaging to minimise movement during transit. We take great care to ensure your flowers arrive safely and beautifully.

How should I care for my flowers?

Keep your flowers indoors in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and excessive handling. As these are natural flowers, some gentle shedding over time is completely normal.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?

Every bouquet is handmade using natural flowers, so slight variations in colour, size and texture are part of what makes each design unique. We always aim to create a bouquet that closely reflects the agreed style while embracing the beauty of natural materials.

Can I order matching ceremony and reception flowers?

Yes. We create complete wedding floral collections, including bridal party flowers, ceremony arrangements, welcome sign flowers, reception flowers and floral keepsakes—all designed to complement each other beautifully.

Can I pick up my order from your Sydney studio?

Yes. Local pickup from our Sydney studio is available by appointment. We’ll provide collection details once your order is ready.

What if I still have questions?

We’re always happy to help. Simply get in touch via our contact form, email or Instagram, and we’ll be delighted to discuss your wedding flowers with you.
